Master at work. Time for Rico to lend a final ear to the four tracks intended for EP1. Watching him coax our mixes to a new level is a privilege: parts are woven together to form a solid sonic picture.

Refreshed and ready for session 5. Firmly in the realm of sonics now; tweaking pianos, cementing the rhythm section, sculpting each piece and pulling everything together. And creating bass dirt with whatever is to hand…
Session 4. Picking up where we left off, revised MIDI files in place, with the focus on tracking as much bass as possible – including first-time fretless on STROKES and TRYPTOPHAN. New Bass Friend Forever in the form of the UA 6176 interface. All bass now recorded.
